Responses to migrant physicians’ practice in hospitals: A qualitative study with stakeholders in the German healthcare system

Migrant physicians might struggle with different challenges when they start to work in German expectations of patients, colleagues or supervisors and value differences in the communication with these challenges? We were interested in the perspectives of the migrant doctors themselves, the political actors shaping the context in which migrant physicians work. We present the preliminary conducted 25 phone-interviews on the situation of physicians who were trained in medicine in other qualitative analysis is a grounded theory.
