The Foundation is looking for partners in order to perpetuate its action and to provide support to scientists working in its field of action.
Possible partnerships:
Ethics & Health Agora: to support all or a part of our Brocher talks –
designated to the general public. Our Brocher talks are designed to allow
citizens to understand the ethical issues and to form an opinion on the
progress of medical technologies. Citizens can thus understand the impact
that these innovations have on society and daily lives. All our interviews are
posted on our YouTube channel.
One or more Research grants for a stay at the Foundation for the benefit of a “Junior” researcher from a discipline or country of choice. This gives a young researcher the opportunity to carry out his or her research project under excellent conditions and to have the chance to develop an international academic network at the Foundation.
A Scientific Workshop on a theme that is close to your heart. For example: Medically Assisted Reproduction, Artificial Intelligence, chronic diseases, rare diseases, pandemic management, end of life, etc.
Heritage and Maintenance: By committing to the preservation and upkeep of the Foundation’s heritage, you enable us to focus our strengths and resources primarily on research. Your support also aids in maintaining a unique bicentennial heritage along the shores of Lake Geneva, which is listed in the inventory of the Service des Monuments et Sites du Canton de Genève. The Domaine Brocher is also recognized as part of the Swiss built heritage and as such is a member of the Domus Antica Association. Examples of partnerships include initiatives for biodiversity (trees, flowers, beehives, etc.), path repairs, restoration of the Gloriette, and the maintenance of buildings.
